The JTH series linear shaft motors feature an ironless structure with no suction between mover and stator, no cogging force, small speed fluctuation and fast response, suitable for short-distance space-constrained applications requiring high smoothness and force control. The series includes models with shaft outer diameters of 8/16/25mm, mover lengths ranging from 29.4 to 149.9mm, continuous current 0.7-1.0Arms, peak current 2.5-4.0Arms, continuous thrust 5-100N, and peak thrust 10-400N. Supporting multi-station flexible design with unlimited stroke, they are widely used in inspection automation equipment such as wafer handling and biomedical devices.
