The JIO2416 is an integrated IO expansion module with a high configuration of 24-channel NPN digital inputs and 16-channel sink digital outputs, featuring a single-channel drive capacity of 1A with overcurrent protection. Supporting two mainstream communication methods, RS485 (Modbus-RTU) and CAN, with maximum baud rates of 115200 and 1M respectively, it allows setting baud rate, station address and terminating resistor via DIP switches to simplify on-site debugging. Adopting DIN rail design, powered by 24VDC with a refresh cycle of only 50us, it is suitable for high-density digital signal processing and multi-device communication scenarios, providing an efficient and reliable signal interaction solution for industrial automation systems.
