Digital Display Model are new bus-type stepper servo drives adopting Modbus-RTU, CANopen, EtherCAT and ProfiNET control technologies. Equipped with a 32-bit ARM processor and advanced power angle closed-loop control algorithm, they greatly improve the high-speed torque of the motor and can replace servos in some applications. They have built-in key inputs and digital display outputs, supporting setting of slave ID, baud rate, operation direction, etc. With 5 digital signal inputs (including home reference, positive/negative limit inputs) and 3 digital signal outputs (brake control, alarm, in-position signals), they support standard CIA301 CANopen protocol (max 127 slaves), 100M full-duplex EtherCAT and ProfiNET protocols, compatible with two-phase/three-phase closed-loop motors. They feature multi-protection against phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, out-of-tolerance and stall, and are equipped with a 4-digit digital tube for easy parameter setting and status monitoring, realizing no step loss, precise positioning with 100% rated torque drive. They are fully functional and high-cost-effective Ethernet bus products.
