Fieldbus Linear Motor Drive Series includes three driver series: JALD General, JAWLD Dual-axis, JASNLD Flagship, and matching iron-core linear motors. With a clear naming rule, the whole series adopts EtherCAT communication. The general driver is equipped with the latest PID algorithm, featuring high-speed dynamic response, multiple control modes, and automatic parameter tuning. The dual-axis model supports gantry synchronous tracking, saves installation space, and supports automatic parameter tuning and the latest PID algorithm. The flagship model supports secondary encoder and STO safety function, with high dynamic response and automatic parameter tuning capability. The matching iron-core linear motor adopts low cogging force and multi-station flexible design, with unlimited stroke and no need for skewed magnets in the stator. It is compatible with 220V/380VAC power supply, covers power range 400W-5500W, supports incremental/20B/23B absolute encoders, and meets the requirements of high-precision and high-dynamic linear motion control.
