The
iESSC non-backpack single-board integrated stepper servo drive motor
integrates the stepper servo drive into the stepper motor, combining stepper
technology and servo control technology. It adopts an incremental encoder,
samples position feedback at high speed every 50 microseconds, and can
correct position deviation in real time. It features low heat generation, low
vibration, and fast acceleration, supports pulse+direction control, and can
set subdivision precision, forward/reverse direction, signal valid edge,
command smoothing, closed-loop/open-loop switching via 8 DIP switches. It
covers 42/57/60mm frame sizes, supports 24-48VDC power supply, with static
torque ranging from 0.5-3.5Nm, and is a cost-effective motion control
product.
