Codesys platform motion controller series is developed based on the IEC61131-3 standard, divided into three levels: economical, general-purpose and intelligent, fully covering pulse control, EtherCAT bus control and hybrid control scenarios. The economical type includes TA-034 (6-axis pulse) and TA-035 (16-axis EtherCAT), based on Cortex-A7 processor, compact size, supporting Modbus and EtherCAT protocols, suitable for small automation equipment. The general-purpose type includes TA-131 (pulse + EtherCAT hybrid control, up to 32 axes) and TA-133 (supporting 6-axis pulse + 32-axis EtherCAT), equipped with multi-core processors and rich expansion interfaces, supporting complex motion control and robot control functions. The intelligent TX-201 adopts Intel X86 processor, supporting up to 384-axis EtherCAT, with powerful processing capabilities, suitable for medium and large equipment and high-speed production lines. The whole series supports PLCopen standard motion control functions, compatible with various industrial protocols, providing a visual development environment, widely used in automation fields such as packaging, textile, medical and new energy.
