Economical Bus Control

The TA-035 is an entry-level bus motion controller developed on the Codesys platform. It controls up to 16 EtherCAT axes on a 4 ms cycle, which covers small and medium machines without the cost of a larger controller chassis.

Processing Resources

The controller is based on a triple-core A7 processor at 1.0 GHz with 128 MB RAM and 512 MB storage. These resources are sufficient for typical multi-axis logic and motion programs on the Codesys environment.

I/O Expansion via BM10

I/O is expanded with BM10 series modules up to a total of 32 blocks, each block carrying 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. This modular approach lets the I/O count be matched to the machine rather than over-provisioned up front.
