The TA-133-L4P is a 16-Axis Codesys Motion Controller that delivers the same ARM-based platform and IEC 61131-3 programming environment as the larger TA-133 variants, configured for machines with up to sixteen bus-connected axes. With a quad-core A7 processor at 1.0 GHz, 1 GB RAM, and 8 GB storage, it suits semiconductor equipment and inspection systems where precise, repeatable motion is essential.
This variant shares the ARM-based architecture of the TA-133 family, running the Codesys IEC 61131-3 programming environment. The compact footprint and low-power processor make it suitable for machines where panel space is limited.
This variant is configured for 16 EtherCAT axes on a 4 ms cycle, with six pulse axes available alongside. The mix of pulse and bus control is useful when a machine has some axes still running on pulse drives while new axes are added on EtherCAT.
The controller provides 24 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs on board. Serial connections include RS485 and RS232, a USB 2.0 port is provided, and both EtherCAT and EtherNet ports are present.
Typical uses are factory automation, robotics, packaging machinery, CNC machine tools, semiconductor equipment, inspection equipment, and material handling systems with up to 16 bus-controlled axes. In semiconductor and inspection tools, the deterministic EtherCAT cycle and hybrid pulse path support both high-speed stage control and legacy auxiliary motion.
