iESS

The iESS non-backpack integrated stepper servo drive motor integrates the stepper servo drive into the stepper motor, combining stepper technology and servo control technology. The encoder can be incremental, single-turn/multi-turn absolute encoder, samples position feedback at high speed every 50 microseconds, and can correct position deviation in real time. It features low heat generation, low vibration, and fast acceleration, supports pulse+direction control, and can set subdivision precision, forward/reverse direction, signal valid edge, command smoothing, closed-loop/open-loop switching via 8 DIP switches. It covers 57/60/86mm frame sizes, supports 24-80VDC power supply, with static torque ranging from 1.0-12Nm, optional custom brake function, and is a cost-effective motion control product.
