Iron core/Ironless/Linear shaft motors, large thrust/smooth operation, full-scenario compatible
The Linear Motor series includes three types of linear motors: iron core, ironless and linear shaft, covering different thrust and smoothness requirements. The iron core linear motors (JXD series, including JXD060/096/120/180/266/350/DF series) feature large thrust, high force density, low cogging force design, unlimited stroke, suitable for scenarios requiring large thrust and high-speed positioning such as electronics, semiconductors, photovoltaics, and laser processing. The ironless linear motors (JUM series, including JUM2/3/4/5 series) have ironless movers with no cogging force or suction between mover and stator, resulting in smooth operation and small speed fluctuation, ideal for applications demanding high smoothness like wafer handling and biomedical equipment. The linear shaft motors (JTH series) adopt ironless structure with no cogging force, suitable for short-distance space-constrained applications requiring speed stability and force control. All three series support multi-station flexible design, adapting to linear motion needs of various industrial automation equipment.
