The TA-133-L5P is a 32-Axis Codesys Motion Controller that combines IEC 61131-3 programming with flexible motion control on a compact ARM platform. Built around a quad-core A7 processor at 1.0 GHz, 1 GB RAM, and 8 GB of storage, it is designed for machine builders who want one programming environment for logic and motion across robotics and packaging applications.
The ARM-based design keeps power consumption low while providing enough performance for multi-axis interpolation and cyclic logic. Because the platform is built around the Codesys motion control platform, programming follows the IEC 61131-3 language set used across the automation industry.
The controller supports two motion paths: six pulse axes for drives with step/direction inputs, and up to 32 EtherCAT axes on a 4 ms cycle for bus-connected servos and steppers. This hybrid arrangement allows a single controller to manage a mixed fleet, which is common when a line is being modernized in stages.
On-board I/O is generous for a controller of this class: 24 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs are available without add-on modules. Communication includes RS485 and RS232 serial ports, a USB 2.0 port, and both EtherCAT and EtherNet interfaces.
The TA-133-L5P targets factory automation, robotics, packaging machinery, CNC machine tools, semiconductor equipment, inspection equipment, and material handling, where a combination of pulse and EtherCAT axes is an advantage.
