• Length 56 mm
• Holding torque 1.0 N·m
• Rated current 4.0 A
• Frame size 57 mm
• 1000P/R incremental encoder
• Low heat generation, low vibration, fast acceleration
The iESSC57-36-10 is a compact integrated stepper motor with a 56 mm body length and a 57 mm frame. It is the shortest unit in the iESSC range and is intended for applications where panel depth or machine footprint must stay small.
A 1000 P/R incremental encoder provides closed-loop position feedback. The integrated drive corrects the step command in real time, which keeps the axis synchronized even when acceleration changes quickly. This matters in pick-and-place and indexing cycles with frequent direction changes.
The holding torque rating of 1.0 N·m suits light axis loads and small mechanisms. The drive runs at a rated current of 4.0 A and is configured for low heat generation, which keeps surrounding components cooler in compact machines. Low vibration helps maintain accuracy in precision stations.
This model is applied in factory automation, packaging machinery, robotics and CNC machine tools where its short body length and closed-loop behavior offer an advantage.
