Full-series high-voltage servo drives, single/dual-axis options, dual-chip architecture, high dynamic & safety
High-voltage servo drives are divided into two major platforms: 220V (JAND general series, JAWD dual-axis series, JASND series) and 380V (JASND series). Adopting ARM+FPGA dual-chip architecture and IPM power modules, they feature high dynamic response, automatic gain adjustment and strong anti-interference capability. The JAND general series is single-axis designed, supporting 17/23-bit absolute encoders with power coverage from 200W to 750W. The JAWD dual-axis series is integrated dual-axis designed, supporting gantry synchronous control and automatic parameter tuning with power coverage from 750W to 1500W. The JASND series (220V/380V) supports second encoder and STO safety function with built-in brake output; the 220V version covers 400W-3000W, and the 380V version covers 3000W-5500W. The whole series supports Modbus communication with a maximum current loop sampling rate of 625kHz, featuring multi-protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overload and encoder errors, widely compatible with high-voltage servo motors of corresponding power ranges.
