Low-voltage servo system consists of drives and motors, with motor power ranging from 100W to 3000W. The drives include the MCAC general single-axis series and the MCAC620-2X dual-axis series, both adopting ARM+FPGA dual-chip architecture with a current loop sampling rate of 625kHz, supporting automatic parameter tuning, resonance frequency identification, and end jitter suppression. The single-axis series covers current specifications from 10A to 100A with input voltage DC24-80V, supporting incremental/absolute encoders. The dual-axis series features integrated dual-axis design with gantry synchronous tracking for dual-axis linkage scenarios. The matching low-voltage servo motors are powered by DC24-48V, with flange sizes covering 40/60/80/130mm, optional magnetic/optical encoders, and customizable brakes. They are characterized by fast dynamic response, low noise, and compact size, widely used in low-voltage automation scenarios such as warehousing logistics, mobile robots, and medical equipment.
