Stepper Products

The stepper product series includes four major categories: open-loop hybrid stepper motors, open-loop drivers, closed-loop stepper motors, and closed-loop drivers, fully covering open-loop and closed-loop control scenarios. Open-loop hybrid stepper motors support frame sizes from 20mm to 130mm, including two-phase (step angles 1.8°/0.9°) and three-phase (step angle 1.2°) models, with customizable parameters such as shaft diameter and lead-out method, compatible with corresponding series drivers. Open-loop drivers are divided into two-phase (2DM series) and three-phase (3DM series), supporting parameter auto-tuning, with a current range of 0.21-8.3A, voltage covering DC18-60V to AC80-230V, and subdivision range 1-300. Closed-loop stepper motors include two-phase, three-phase and five-phase models with frame sizes from 28mm to 130mm, supporting 1000-line incremental and 17BC absolute encoders, optional brake and waterproof versions, and static torque from 0.11N·m to 35N·m. Closed-loop drivers are divided into 2HSS, 3HCS and 5HCS series, compatible with closed-loop motors of corresponding frames, with voltage covering DC24-100V/AC150-240V, supporting a maximum pulse frequency of 500KHz, adapting to industrial scenarios with different phases, encoder types and voltage levels.
