6 A flagship drive for precision linear motion

The JASNLD30003-23B-EC delivers a 6.0 A output from a 380 V supply in the JASNLD flagship series. It is sized for linear motors in inspection and precision-positioning machines that need continuous force from a well-regulated feed current.

EtherCAT control architecture

EtherCAT synchronizes the cyclic setpoints for deterministic multi-axis behavior. Switchable control modes (CSP, CSV, CST, PP, PV, PT, HM) and auto-tune let the drive adapt to the mechanical system, shortening settling time on high-bandwidth axes.

Safety and external feedback

STO removes torque safely at the hardware level, and the second encoder input handles external scales or a second position reference. Built-in filters and a disturbance observer suppress vibration and load steps that would otherwise degrade positioning.
