The 86J0798EC-1000-LS is a 5-Phase closed loop Stepper Motor in a NEMA34 frame. Why 5-phase construction

Five-phase steppers advance in smaller steps than comparable 2-phase designs, which reduces low-speed resonance and gives inherently smoother motion without electronic micro-stepping tricks.
