Controller Overview

The JMC-101-16 is the 16-axis variant of the JMC-101 series, based on an 800 MHz CPU, 512 MB RAM, and 512 MB storage expandable to 1 GB.

Interfaces

The controller includes one EtherCAT port, two CAN interfaces (CANopen and custom CAN), and one each of RS485, RS232, USB 2.0, and Ethernet (Modbus or UDP). I/O expands to 256 inputs and 256 outputs.

Programming and Motion

Programs can be written in ladder diagram, function block, or C language under a multitasking framework. Motion support includes point-to-point moves, multi-axis linear interpolation, 2-3 axis circular interpolation, and 3-axis helical interpolation.
