The JMC-101 series features a high-performance 800MHz CPU, 512MB of memory, and 512MB of storage, providing powerful hardware processing capabilities. Based on a general-purpose design concept, it offers a wide range of communication interfaces and strong networking capabilities, making it widely applicable. It supports one EtherCAT interface, allowing connection to up to 64 EtherCAT digital drive axes or I/O devices; two CAN interfaces, supporting the CANopen protocol and custom CAN protocols; and each provides one RS485, RS232, and Ethernet interface, supporting Modbus or UDP protocols. The JMC-101 supports multiple programming languages, including ladder diagram, function block, and C language, and offers a multitasking framework for clearer programming. Integrated motion control algorithms support point-to-point motion, multi-axis linear interpolation, 2-3 axis circular interpolation, and 3-axis helical interpolation.
