1500W Dual-Axis Servo Drive with Gantry Control

The JAWD15002 is a 1500W Dual-Axis Servo Drive rated at 1500 W with a 28 A maximum output current. Main power comes from three-phase AC 180-240 V and control power from single-phase AC 180-240 V at 50/60 Hz, giving two servo axes in one enclosure to reduce cabinet space.

Gantry Control and Axis Interlocking

Because both axes share one drive, gantry ganging is handled without external wiring, and alarm interlocking between the two axes is automatic. This cuts down the I/O and cabinet wiring normally needed to coordinate twin axes, which is advantageous for gantry-style CNC and parallel-axis handling stages.

Control Loop and Tuning

A 625 kHz current loop with adjustable PWM (8/10.667/16 kHz) drives both channels. A single stiffness parameter, one-key auto-tuning, adaptive end-vibration suppression, an adaptive notch filter, and one-key resonance search reduce the effort needed to tune paired axes to similar response.

Feedback and Interfaces

Absolute 17/23-bit feedback maintains axis position across restart. Two −10 V to +10 V analog command inputs provide reference signals, with 6 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs for interlocking. MicroUSB and RS485 interfaces handle local setup and serial communication.
