750W Dual-Axis Servo Drive for Space-Efficient Cells

The JAWD7502 is a 750W Dual-Axis Servo Drive that integrates two servo channels in a single unit rated at 750 W with a 16.9 A maximum output current. It accepts three-phase AC 180-240 V main power and single-phase AC 180-240 V control power, condensing two axes into one unit to free up panel area.

Coordinated Twin-Axis Control

By containing both channels internally, the drive handles gantry control without external cabling and provides automatic alarm interlocking between axes. This is well suited to gantry-style machines, parallel handling stages, and dual-axis positioning tables where the two axes must move in coordination.

Loop Performance and Tuning

The dual channels run on a 625 kHz current loop with PWM selectable at 8/10.667/16 kHz. A single stiffness parameter, one-key auto-tuning, adaptive end-vibration suppression, an adaptive notch filter, and one-key resonance search let both axes be brought to comparable response quickly.

Feedback and Interfaces

17/23-bit absolute feedback preserves position across power cycles. Two −10 V to +10 V analog command inputs supply reference, and 6 digital inputs plus 4 digital outputs handle interlocking. MicroUSB and RS485 ports cover setup and communication.

A built-in braking resistor covers typical regeneration, with an external resistor option for heavier deceleration. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload guards protect both channels.
