The 110J12185-360 is a 16 N·m 3-Phase Stepper Motor delivering 16 N·m of holding torque from a 6.0 A three-phase winding in a NEMA42 frame. With a 185 mm body length, it provides a middle point between longer bodies and compact frames, useful when torque must be balanced against a tight axis envelope in automation, robotics, and textile machines.
At 185 mm long, it provides a middle point between larger 220 mm bodies and shorter frames, useful when torque must be balanced against a tight axis envelope. The NEMA42 flange provides a stable mounting interface, and the 19 mm shaft accepts standard couplings.
Three-phase excitation reduces step ripple, and the winding is sized to limit temperature rise. Cold-to-warm torque drop is therefore contained, which keeps positioning repeatable across a full shift. Low vibration further protects delicate mechanical assemblies on the driven axis.
