• Supply Voltage 220V
• Output current 2.8A
• RS485+CANopen /EtherCAT
• High dynamics, anti-interference, auto gain, multi-mode.
The JAND4002-23B is a compact general-series fieldbus servo drive on a 220V supply, rated at 2.8A output. It is built from an ARM processor, a large-scale FPGA, and an IPM module, executing optimized PID control for fully digital position, velocity, homing, and torque regulation. The design targets smaller servomotors in precision-focused machinery.
At 2.8A the drive fits compact motors whose inertia and speed demands are modest but whose positioning accuracy still matters. Digital PID control holds commanded position and torque without analog drift.
Auto-tuning configures the loop gains automatically and resonance frequency identification dampens structural modes. Both shorten commissioning and stabilize motion on first power-up.
RS485, CANopen, and EtherCAT form the bus layer, and the rich I/O set includes limit switches, homing reference, and probe. PLC compatibility spans Inovance, Leadshine, Omron, Delta, and Beckhoff.
This drive serves CNC machine tools, factory automation, semiconductor equipment, robotics, battery manufacturing, material handling, and packaging machinery, matching compact servomotors in moderate-duty cells.
