The JALD4002-20B-EC is a 2.8A EtherCAT Linear Motor Drive providing a 2.8 A output at 220 V in the JALD general series. Supplied by Lyenwsin, it targets smaller linear motor axes where space is limited but response still matters. The ARM+FPGA current loop maintains short settling time even at this current class.
The optimized current loop and built-in disturbance observer keep the axis responsive and stable under varying load. Multiple control modes give the system integrator flexibility in how position and velocity loops are closed.
microUSB covers local parameter setup, and remote FOE upgrades over Ethernet keep firmware current across a machine fleet with minimal downtime.
