The JALD7502-EC is a 220 V Fieldbus Linear Motor Drive 5.5A rated at 5.5 A output in the general JALD series. Available through Lyenwsin, an ARM+FPGA architecture runs an optimized current loop for high dynamic response and short settling time on demanding axes.
The built-in disturbance observer rejects external force steps, keeping position error tight during load changes. Multiple control modes allow the machine programmer to pick the best loop for the task, while auto-tune shortens commissioning.
A microUSB port handles parameter setup, and firmware upgrades can be pushed remotely over the network (FOE). This reduces service visits on distributed machines and keeps a fleet on the same tuning baseline.
The configurable I/O and strong disturbance rejection make it suitable for semiconductor equipment, precision positioning, inspection, CNC machine tools, battery manufacturing, and laboratory equipment. It fits fast, short-stroke axes where response speed sets cycle time.
5.5 A supports moderate linear motors; for heavier loads, move up the JASNLD flagship line rather than pushing this drive beyond its current rating.
MicroUSB simplifies on-site commissioning, and FOE lets distributed machines receive firmware updates without a technician visit. Lyenwsin provides the setup guide and network recommendations so a fleet stays consistent.
