The 2DM415 is a two-phase stepper drive rated for 18-36 VDC supplies and a maximum output current of 1.50 A. It is the smallest drive in the 2DM range and is aimed at light axes that do not need the phase current of larger units.
Pulse/Dir command input is supported. The drive runs with low noise and low vibration, which matters in inspection equipment where background vibration can disturb measurement.
Overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection protect the output stage on a low-voltage rail.
The drive suits factory automation, packaging machinery, compact CNC equipment, robotics, automated handling mechanisms, textile machinery, printing machinery, and food processing lines where the connected motor draws 1.5 A or less.
