• Supply Voltage 24-48 VDC
• Output current 0-2.2 A
• RS485+CANopen
• Phase loss , overcurrent , overvoltage , disconnection protection.
The 2DM522-RC is an RS485 CANopen Stepper Drive 2.2A delivering 0-2.2 A on a 24-48 VDC supply and communicating over RS485 and CANopen. Distributed by Lyenwsin, it is the practical choice when a small step axis must join an existing bus controller, particularly when converting a local relay or pulse system into networked motion.
Motor-control algorithms keep low-speed travel smooth and hold torque at higher step rates for this motor class. Customizable microstepping lets you match positioning resolution to the axis without changing the motor.
Slave ID, baud rate, and direction are set from the keypad and digital display, and RJ45 keeps the cabinet wiring tidy. Protection covers phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, and disconnection.
Machines with several small axes and an existing RS485/CANopen backbone benefit most:
The 2.2 A output matches small NEMA motors. Check the motor nameplate before wiring, and keep the supply on a 24-48 VDC rail with adequate headroom for acceleration peaks.
Home, limit, and probe signals occupy the five inputs; brake, alarm, and in-position use the two outputs. Wire homing and limits before tuning so the axis can be referenced safely, and lean on Lyenwsin’s technical support if you are migrating an older relay panel.
The keypad and display confirm the network address and bus parameters before the first controlled move, so a single technician can bring the axis online in minutes.
