The JAND15002-20B-DB44 is rated at 1500 W with a 19 A maximum output current from a 220VAC supply. It is a single-axis high-voltage servo drive aimed at conventional CNC and machine-tool axes where the drive and motor are mounted separately.
The ARM+FPGA dual-chip platform drives an optimized current loop sampled at 625 kHz, with PWM frequency adjustable in three steps (8/10.667/16 kHz) to suit different motors. One-parameter stiffness setting and one-click loop auto-tuning reduce commissioning time, and adaptive vibration suppression with a notch filter provides automatic resonance detection and elimination, plus one-click resonance suppression.
17/23-bit absolute feedback maintains axis position across a power cycle. Two −10 V to +10 V analog command inputs and 8 digital inputs plus 5 digital outputs provide flexible command and interlocking. MicroUSB and RS485 interfaces handle configuration and serial communication; wiring is kept simple with mostly pin-header terminations.
A built-in braking resistor handles normal regeneration, extendable with an external resistor. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload protection guard the power stage under fault conditions.
It fits CNC machine tools, factory automation, semiconductor equipment, robotics, battery manufacturing, material handling, and packaging where a 1.5 kW 220 V single-axis servo drive is needed.
