The JAND15002-20B-DB44 is a 1500W Servo Drive 220V unit rated at 1500 W with a 19 A maximum output current from a 220VAC supply. It is a single-axis high-voltage servo drive aimed at conventional CNC and machine-tool axes where the drive and motor are mounted separately.

Control Platform and Loop Behaviour

The ARM+FPGA dual-chip platform drives an optimized current loop sampled at 625 kHz, with PWM frequency adjustable in three steps (8/10.667/16 kHz) to suit different motors. One-parameter stiffness setting and one-click loop auto-tuning reduce commissioning time, and adaptive vibration suppression with a notch filter provides automatic resonance detection and elimination, plus one-click resonance suppression.

Feedback and Interfaces

17/23-bit absolute feedback maintains axis position across a power cycle. Two −10 V to +10 V analog command inputs and 8 digital inputs plus 5 digital outputs provide flexible command and interlocking. MicroUSB and RS485 interfaces handle configuration and serial communication; wiring is kept simple with mostly pin-header terminations.

Braking and Protection
