The JAND1002-20B-P28 is a 100 W high-voltage servo drive for 220 VAC supplies, with a 2.9 A maximum output current. It is the entry-point power level in the JAND series and is suited to compact, low-inertia axes in precision equipment.
At 100 W the drive targets axes with light loads and fast, fine motion. Its 17/23-bit absolute encoder feedback gives it high-resolution position control and keeps the true position after a power interruption.
One analog command input accepts -10 V to 10 V. The P28 variant supplies 5 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs, matched to the modest signal count of small machines.
Setup runs through a MicroUSB port, and RS485 networking allows the drive to be managed alongside other axes on the same bus.
This model has no built-in braking resistor. Fitness for applications with frequent regeneration depends on fitting a correctly sized external braking resistor.
Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload protection are standard.
