The JAND7502-20B-P28 is a 750 W high-voltage servo drive for 220 VAC applications, delivering a maximum output current of 16.9 A. It is the single-analog-input variant of the JAND7502 line, offering a reduced but sufficient digital I/O set that keeps wiring simple on machines with fewer remote signals.
Feedback comes from 17/23-bit absolute encoders. Because the position is absolute, the drive restores the true machine position after a power cycle without a homing move, which shortens restart on multi-axis production equipment.
One analog command input accepts -10 V to 10 V, suitable for speed or torque commands from a single external source. The P28 variant carries 5 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs, covering enable, reset, limit, and status signals for typical axes.
Setup uses a MicroUSB port, and an RS485 interface enables networking so multiple drives can be monitored or commanded over one bus.
A built-in braking resistor handles regenerative energy from decelerating loads, and the terminals also accept an external braking resistor for heavy or continuous deceleration. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload protection stop the drive protectively before a fault damages the motor or machine.
This 750 W drive suits CNC machine tools, factory automation, semiconductor equipment, robotics, battery manufacturing, material handling, and packaging machinery.
