The JAND7502-20B is a 750W 180-240VAC Servo Drive with a wide supply tolerance and a 16.9 A maximum output current. It is the networking-oriented version of the 750 W drive, carrying both RS232 and RS485 interfaces for flexible commissioning and plant integration.

Flexible Supply Input

The 180-240 VAC range tolerates supply fluctuation common in industrial plants, letting the drive run on varying line conditions without a dropped bus. This makes it practical for sites with less stable mains power.

Feedback and Command Inputs

17/23-bit absolute encoder support provides precise, power-cycle-retained position. Two analog command inputs accept -10 V to 10 V, and the drive offers 8 digital inputs and 5 digital outputs.

Communications and Networking

Both RS232 and RS485 interfaces are present. RS232 is convenient for single-drive PC-based tuning during commissioning, while RS485 supports multi-drive networking in production.

Braking and Protection

A built-in braking resistor absorbs regenerative energy, with support for an external braking resistor for heavier deceleration duties. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload protection are standard. The external resistor input is useful when a plant wants to raise regenerative capacity without changing the drive itself; size it against the load inertia, deceleration rate, and stopping frequency, because an undersized resistor will trip overvoltage protection during heavy braking.

Typical Applications

The 750 W rating suits CNC machine tools, factory automation, semiconductor equipment, robotics, battery manufacturing, material handling, and packaging machinery.

Selection Considerations

Confirm the motor’s peak current against the 16.9 A headroom, and check that the built-in braking resistor covers routine deceleration. For heavy-duty cycles, plan for an external resistor. Lyenwsin’s technical team can help you configure the serial interfaces for your host controller.
