• Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, overload protection
The JAND4002-20B is a 400 W high-voltage servo drive for 180-240 VAC supplies, with a 9.6 A maximum output current. Its peak-like current capability makes it a strong fit for acceleration-heavy axes despite its modest continuous power.
A 9.6 A maximum output current supports elevated acceleration torque on light servo motors, shortening settling time on indexing and positioning moves common in assembly equipment.
The drive reads 17/23-bit absolute encoders. Two analog command inputs accept -10 V to 10 V, served by 8 digital inputs and 5 digital outputs for machine interfacing.
RS232 and RS485 interfaces are both included. RS232 is used for direct, single-drive tuning; RS485 allows the drive to participate in a shared network with other axes and a host controller.
No built-in braking resistor is fitted, so an external braking resistor is needed when the load regenerates substantial energy during deceleration.
Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload protection are standard.
