The JASND10002 is a 1000W High-Voltage Servo Drive rated at 1000 W with a 16.9 A maximum output current. Main power comes from three-phase AC 180-240 V and control power from single-phase AC 180-240 V at 50/60 Hz, placing it in the compact range of the high-voltage servo family.
The ARM+FPGA platform runs a 625 kHz current loop and offers PWM switching at 8, 10.667, or 16 kHz for different motor types. One-parameter stiffness setup, one-click auto-tuning, adaptive vibration suppression, an adaptive notch filter, and one-click resonance elimination shorten the tuning process and hold performance across the production run.
Absolute 17/23-bit feedback keeps axis position intact through power loss. Two −10 V to +10 V analog command inputs, one analog output, 8 digital inputs, and 5 digital outputs provide flexible command and interlock wiring. Type-C and RS485 ports simplify setup and serial integration.
A built-in braking resistor covers regeneration, extendable with an external resistor. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload protection guard the stage. Secondary encoder function, built-in brake output, and STO safety interface support safe torque off and coordinated braking.
It fits CNC machine tools, Industrial Automation, semiconductor equipment, robotics, battery manufacturing, material handling, and packaging machinery that need a 1 kW 220 V class servo drive. This model is a practical drop-in for common 1 kW servo axes where panel depth is limited.
