The JASND4002 is a 400W High-Voltage Servo Drive 9.6A unit delivering 400 W with a 9.6 A maximum output current. Main power is three-phase AC 180-240 V with single-phase AC 180-240 V control power at 50/60 Hz, making it a small-footprint entry to the high-voltage servo line.
The ARM+FPGA dual-chip controller holds a 625 kHz current-loop sample rate with PWM at 8, 10.667, or 16 kHz. One-parameter loop setting and one-click auto-tuning streamline setup, and adaptive vibration suppression, an adaptive notch filter, and one-click resonance elimination reduce mechanical resonance automatically.
17/23-bit absolute feedback preserves axis position across restarts. Two −10 V to +10 V analog command inputs, one analog output, 8 digital inputs, and 5 digital outputs allow flexible command routing. Type-C and RS485 ports cover configuration and serial integration.
This unit relies on an external braking resistor, so regeneration energy must be absorbed externally for repeated deceleration. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload protection keep the stage safe. A secondary encoder function, built-in brake output, and STO interface are included.
It suits CNC machine tools, Industrial Automation, semiconductor equipment, robotics, battery manufacturing, material handling, and packaging for a 400 W 220 V servo axis. Because the drive carries no built-in braking resistor, distributors should quote an external resistor for axes that decelerate large inertial loads frequently.
