The JASND55003 is a 5500W High-Voltage Servo Drive accepting three-phase AC 330-440 V input at 50/60 Hz. With a 24 A maximum output current, it is sized for the heavier servo axes found in large CNC machines and high-throughput manufacturing cells where sustained torque and fast response are both required.

Control Platform and Loop Performance

An ARM+FPGA dual-chip platform runs the current loop at a 625 kHz sampling frequency, with PWM switching selectable at 8, 10.667, or 16 kHz to match different motor windings. One-parameter loop setting and one-click auto-tuning reduce commissioning effort, while adaptive vibration suppression, an adaptive notch filter, and one-click resonance elimination handle mechanical resonance without repeated manual filter tuning.

Feedback and Interfaces

Feedback is handled by a 17/23-bit absolute encoder, preserving axis position across power cycles. Analog reference input and output are provided in the −10 V to +10 V range, and 8 digital inputs plus 5 digital outputs give ample I/O for interlocking. Communication uses Type-C and RS485 interfaces.
