The JASND30003 is a 3000W High-Voltage Servo Drive rated at 3000 W with a 12 A maximum output current, accepting three-phase AC 330-440 V at 50/60 Hz. It occupies the mid-power tier of the high-voltage servo line, balancing output capability against a moderate footprint.
The ARM+FPGA dual-chip controller samples the current loop at 625 kHz, with PWM frequency selectable between 8, 10.667, and 16 kHz to suit different motor designs. A one-parameter stiffness setting and one-click auto-tuning shorten setup, and adaptive vibration suppression, an adaptive notch filter, and one-click resonance elimination automatically clean up mechanical resonance.
Absolute 17/23-bit feedback retains position across restarts. Two analog command inputs and one analog output sit in the −10 V to +10 V band, with 8 digital inputs and 5 digital outputs for machine interlock. Type-C and RS485 ports handle configuration and communication.
A built-in braking resistor handles typical regeneration, and an external resistor can be added for higher-energy stops. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload protection keep the stage within safe operating bounds.
With a secondary encoder function, built-in brake output, and STO safety interface, the drive supports safe torque off and centralized brake management in guarded machinery.
It fits CNC machine tools, Industrial Automation, semiconductor equipment, robotics, battery manufacturing, material handling, and packaging machinery needing a 3 kW 380 V servo drive. Because the built-in resistor covers normal duty cycles, most standard axes do not need an external braking unit.
