3000W Servo Drive 240V with High-Current Output

The JASND30002 is a 3000W Servo Drive 240V unit delivering 3000 W with a 50 A maximum output current, running main power from three-phase AC 180-240 V and control power from single-phase AC 180-240 V at 50/60 Hz. The high current rating supports motors with low impedance windings that need substantial drive capability at a 220 V class bus.

Drive Performance and Auto-Tuning

An ARM+FPGA controller sustains a 625 kHz current-loop sample rate, with PWM switching at 8, 10.667, or 16 kHz. One-parameter loop configuration and one-click auto-tuning accelerate commissioning, while adaptive vibration suppression, an adaptive notch filter, and one-click resonance elimination address mechanical resonance automatically.

Feedback and Connectivity

Absolute 17/23-bit feedback maintains position integrity over power events. Two −10 V to +10 V analog inputs, one matching output, 8 digital inputs, and 5 digital outputs cover command and interlock needs, with Type-C and RS485 for setup and serial communication.

Braking and Protection

A built-in braking resistor handles typical regeneration and an external resistor can be added for heavy deceleration loads. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and overload guards protect the power stage.

A secondary encoder function, built-in brake output, and STO safety interface support safe torque off and centralized braking control.
