The 86J12126EC-1000-60-SCG is a 6.8 N·m Brake Closed Loop Stepper motor in a NEMA 34 frame, supplied by Lyenwsin for OEMs and automation integrators. It produces 6.8 N·m holding torque from a 126 mm body, runs at 3.0 A phase current, and uses a 1,000 P/R encoder to close the position loop. An integrated holding brake adds fail-safe positioning for axes that must not move when power is off.
The built-in 1,000 P/R encoder tracks rotor position and reports it to the drive on every revolution. When friction or load changes during a move, the drive corrects the deviation immediately, so the axis does not accumulate positional drift over long production runs. This makes the motor substantially more predictable than an open-loop stepper of the same frame size.
Because step loss is detected instead of merely avoided, the motor can operate near its rated torque without a large stall margin. Lines see fewer missed-step alarms, and motion stays synchronized even when the mechanical load is not perfectly constant.
The brake engages automatically on power loss, holding the load in place during downtime, emergency stops, and normal machine cycling. Vertical lifts, rotary tables, and magazine changers are the classic beneficiaries. Integrating the brake into the motor removes the need for external brake hardware and simplifies mechanical design.
The motor fits compact industrial automation, packaging machinery, textile equipment, and printing systems where holding torque and fail-safe holding are both required. The 14 mm shaft couples cleanly to timing belts and lead screws, and the NEMA 34 flange matches the standard mount pattern used by most machine builders.
