How the Loop Improves Reliability

Recoverable, Not Lost Steps

Because the drive sees actual rotor position from the 1,000 P/R encoder, it can detect the moment a load spike pushes the motor toward stall and correct for it. This converts what would be a lost-step event in an open-loop system into a recoverable transient.
