8.3 A Three-Phase Stepper Drive with Flexible Supply

The 3DM860H is a three-phase stepper drive rated for up to 8.3 A of output current. It accepts either 24-110 VDC or 18-80 VAC input, giving integrators freedom to use a common DC bus or line AC depending on the machine architecture.

Control Mode

The drive operates on Pulse/Dir and CW/CCW pulse inputs, making it compatible with standard step controllers. Running open-loop, it positions by commanded steps without feedback wiring, keeping the system simple and the commissioning fast.

Protection and Smooth Output

Overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage detection guard both input supply and motor phases. The output is shaped for low noise and vibration, so stepper motion remains stable and quiet across varied duty cycles.
