• Supply Voltage 24-80VDC
• Output current 45A
• RS485+CANopen
• Overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, position deviation, disconnection protection.
The MCAC845-23B-RC is a fieldbus low-voltage servo drive delivering a 45 A output current from a 24-80 VDC supply over RS485+CANopen. It guards the axis against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, position deviation, and disconnection faults. The drive provides a robust mid-to-high current node on a CANopen network.
An ARM processor with a large programmable logic gate array (FPGA) executes the fully digital position, velocity, homing, and torque loops. Auto-tuning and resonance frequency identification reduce manual gain setting effort, letting the 45 A stage handle varying inertias without heavy commissioning on each new machine.
RS485+CANopen offers a widespread, dependable factory fieldbus. Because the drive is addressable over the bus, parameters and live axis status are reachable from the master, simplifying integration into an existing multi-drop motion network without reconfiguring station wiring.
The drive supports both incremental and absolute encoders to suit different accuracy and cost needs. Rich I/O terminals provide limit switch, homing reference, and probe functions, with compatibility for PLCs from Inovance, Leadshine, Omron, Delta, and Beckhoff. Fault protection trips the axis to contain electrical and positional problems.
The drive fits factory automation, packaging machinery, robotics, inspection and semiconductor equipment, medical instrumentation, and printing lines where a 45 A CANopen servo axis must deliver protected output to a mid-to-high-current machine station.
