• RS485+CANopen
• Overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, position deviation, disconnection protection.

The MCAC825-23B-RC is a 25A CANopen Servo Drive engineered for mid-range factory motion over RS485 plus CANopen, supplied from a 24-80 VDC bus. Lyenwsin distributes this drive as part of its low-voltage servo portfolio, delivering fully digital position, velocity, homing, and torque control. Onboard protection monitors overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, position deviation, and disconnection faults so the axis trips safely when problems occur.

Digital Control and Stability

An ARM processor with a large FPGA runs the fully digital control loops. Auto-tuning and resonance frequency identification let the drive stabilize a range of mechanical loads quickly, reducing the gain-tuning effort normally associated with reusing a drive across multiple stations.

CANopen Networking

RS485 plus CANopen provides a robust fieldbus widely found on plant floors. Because the drive is addressable over the bus, the master can configure parameters and read live axis status, integrating the 25 A drive as a standard node on an existing CANopen motion network without additional interface hardware.

Feedback and Wiring

Both incremental and absolute encoders are supported to suit different accuracy and cost needs. Rich I/O terminals provide limit switch, homing reference, and probe functions, with compatibility for PLCs from Inovance, Leadshine, Omron, Delta, and Beckhoff. Fault protection trips the axis to contain electrical and positional issues.

Key Specifications

Industrial Applications

The drive fits packaging machinery, semiconductor equipment, and automation lines where a 25 A servo axis must run dependably under CANopen control. Medical instrumentation and printing lines are also common targets because of the bus’s broad PLC ecosystem support.

Sizing and Support

Confirm your servomotor’s continuous and peak current against the 25 A output and verify the 24-80 VDC supply at the panel. Lyenwsin provides datasheets, wiring guidance, and application support to help you integrate the drive into your machine. Contact our technical team to discuss your CANopen network requirements.
