The MCAC AC servo drive adopts an ARM chip and a large-scale programmable logic gate array (FPGA). Through optimized PID control algorithms, it achieves fully digital control of position, velocity, homing, and torque accuracy. It features high integration, auto-tuning, resonance frequency identification, and stable performance. Equipped with rich I/O interfaces for limit switches, homing reference, and probe function, it is compatible with mainstream PLCs from Inovance, Leadshine, Omron, Delta, Beckhoff, etc. It also supports both incremental and absolute encoders to meet the performance requirements of different customers.
