• Length 87 mm
• Holding torque 3.0 N·m
• Rated current 5.0 A
• Frame size 60 mm
• 1000P/R incremental encoder
• Low heat generation, low vibration, fast acceleration
The iHSS60-36-30 is an integrated stepper motor with a 60 mm frame and an 87 mm body. The drive electronics are built into the motor housing, and servo-style control runs inside the digital stepper drive to maintain position in real time.
An incremental encoder measures shaft position, and the controller corrects the stepping sequence whenever the actual angle deviates from the command. This keeps the axis repeatable across cycles and reduces the risk of losing steps during rapid direction changes.
The motor provides 3.0 N·m holding torque at a rated current of 5.0 A. Low heat generation allows operation in confined spaces, and the low-vibration design supports precise positioning in mechanisms with fine mechanical tolerances. Fast acceleration is available for short cycles.
Common uses are factory automation, packaging machinery, robotics and CNC machine tools.
