The iHSS86-80-85 is an integrated stepper motor with an 86 mm frame and an 118 mm body. It merges the driver into the motor housing and applies servo-style control on a digital stepper drive, which simplifies the axis package while keeping closed-loop positioning.
An incremental encoder provides position feedback, and the controller applies real-time error correction to the step output. This reduces step loss during fast motion and improves repeatability when the load changes between cycles.
Rated at 8.5 N·m holding torque and 6.0 A, the unit delivers consistent output for medium and heavy automation loads. Low heat generation supports continuous operation in enclosed frames, while low vibration and fast acceleration suit cyclic movement.
