180 W integrated axis for motion control

The iHSV57-30-18-36 is a 57 mm (NEMA23-class) integrated servo motor rated at 180 W and 7.5 A with a rated speed of 3000 RPM and a body length of 116 mm. Driver and motor are integrated into one housing, so the axis mounts as a single component and wiring is limited to supply and control connections.

Digital closed-loop architecture

Position, speed and current loops are closed digitally with feedback from the incremental encoder. Because loop closure is embedded, commissioning is confined to motion parameters, and the system responds without the tuning effort of separate amplifiers.

Continuous operation and heat path

The 7.5 A rating defines continuous current. In an integrated unit, motor and drive losses are dissipated through the same frame, so the thermal budget for the axis should account for duty cycle and mounting conditions. Low vibration at rated speed keeps machine structures quieter.
