The iHSV60-30-40-48 combines a 400 W servo motor with its drive in a 60 mm frame, 110 mm long, drawing a rated current of 11.2 A at 3000 RPM. Integrating the amplifier into the motor housing is a practical choice for machines where several axes are controlled but cabinet volume is constrained – each axis ships and mounts as a single unit with one cable set.

Three-loop digital control

Position, speed and current loops are closed digitally inside the unit. The incremental encoder supplies rotor position for commutation and speed feedback. Users set motion behavior through the drive parameters rather than tuning a separate amplifier.

Continuous rating and thermal behavior

Rated current of 11.2 A is the basis for continuous torque. The shared housing couples driver and motor losses, so heat is dissipated from a single mounting surface; for axes running at high duty, derating for ambient temperature may apply. Low vibration at rated speed supports steady processing on the machine.
