The iHSS60-36-30-RC/EC combines a 3.0 N·m stepper with its drive electronics in one 60 mm housing. Removing the external driver cuts cabinet space and reduces the cable harness between the axis and the controller.

How Closed-Loop Feedback Improves Motion Quality

With a 1000 P/R incremental encoder, the drive reads actual rotor position and corrects errors continuously. The closed loop dampens low-speed vibration and holds position more reliably than an open-loop configuration at the same torque.

RS485, CAN and EtherCAT in One Motor

Selectable protocols cover different control architectures. EtherCAT provides deterministic multi-axis synchronization, while RS485 and CAN keep integration straightforward on existing PLC and motion networks.
