The 86J18118EC-1000-LS-SCG is an 8.5Nm Closed Loop Stepper With Brake in a NEMA 34 frame, combining a compact 118 mm body with high holding torque. Rated at 8.5 N·m and 6.0 A phase current, it drives through a 14 mm shaft and uses a built-in 1,000 P/R encoder for closed loop position control. An integrated holding brake completes the package for machines that must hold position when power is removed.
At 118 mm this is a short NEMA 34 motor that still produces 8.5 N·m. The high phase current reflects the 2-phase design, which trades current draw for the drive compatibility most control cabinets already have.
