The 80ASM750-5-17BCH produces 750 W on a 48 VDC bus within an 80 mm frame. Continuous torque is 2.38 N·m at a rated 3000 r/min, a specification suited to feed rollers, transfer axes and turntables in automated handling systems.
Its 17-bit magnetic encoder removes the need for homing after a power cycle, reducing cycle time on intermittent-duty machines. The driver uses this feedback for closed-loop commutation, so position error is measured directly rather than estimated.
A built-in electromagnetic brake holds the load when de-energized. At continuous rated torque the winding temperature stays within the datasheet rise; the low-voltage design avoids the higher insulation stress of 380 VAC bus motors.
